Information we collect about you

In general: customer and warranty records are kept for the duration of your warranty plus 6 years (in line with legal claim limitation periods); enquiry records are kept for up to 2 years; and marketing preferences are kept until you unsubscribe or ask us to delete them. Financial records are kept for 6 years as required by law.
