James remains hands-on in every aspect of the business, from product strategy and merchant partnerships to national training and commercial specification. His focus is on sustainable, maintenance-free water treatment that delivers long-term value for customers across both domestic and commercial sectors.
Zoe Gray has been part of Aquabion UK since 2019 and is the company’s longest-serving team member. As Sales Administrator, Zoe plays a central role in keeping the business running smoothly — managing orders, supporting the sales teams, and ensuring customers and merchants get fast, accurate responses every time.
Known internally as the person who “knows how to do everything,” Zoe is the go-to for both colleagues and customers when something needs sorting out. Her attention to detail, reliability, and deep understanding of Aquabion’s systems make her a cornerstone of the team’s success.

Anne-Lotte Jones — known to everyone as Lot — joined Aquabion UK in 2023. With a big personality and an infectious sense of humour, Lot brings life to the office and keeps things moving with enthusiasm and positivity.
In her role as Sales Administrator, Lot supports both the domestic and commercial sides of the business, helping merchants, installers, and customers get what they need quickly and efficiently. She’s hands-on, fast-paced, and always up for a challenge — whether that’s solving a tricky admin issue or helping a colleague under pressure.
Originally from the Netherlands, Lot combines her international outlook with a practical, no-nonsense approach to getting things done. Her energy, communication skills, and natural people sense make her a vital part of the Aquabion team and a big reason why the office never stays quiet for long.

Alan Davies joined Aquabion UK in 2021 as an Area Sales Manager after several years with Resideo (formerly Honeywell Home), where he built a strong reputation for technical sales and customer support across the heating and plumbing sector.
At Aquabion, Alan quickly proved himself as a high-performing member of the team — combining product knowledge, commercial drive, and a down-to-earth approach that resonates with both merchants and installers. His consistent results and leadership qualities led to his promotion to Senior Area Sales Manager in 2023 and then Domestic Sales Director in early 2025.
Today, Alan leads Aquabion’s domestic sales team while continuing to stay close to the trade, maintaining his own sales area and mentoring others to deliver the same level of service and growth. His focus remains on building trusted partnerships and helping merchants and installers confidently promote Aquabion’s self-cleaning water conditioners as a sustainable, maintenance-free solution to limescale.
Glenn Stonehouse joined Aquabion UK in 2023, bringing with him nearly a decade of experience from ADEY, where he helped the company grow from a small specialist brand into one of the UK’s leading names in water treatment and heating system protection.
With deep technical knowledge of the plumbing and heating sector, Glenn is widely known as the team’s go-to person for technical queries and practical problem-solving. His approachable manner and hands-on expertise make him a trusted partner for merchants, installers, and consultants alike.
Since taking on his Aquabion sales area — where brand awareness was initially low — Glenn has worked tirelessly to build relationships and drive consistent quarter-on-quarter growth. Rhys Granville is Aquabion UK’s Domestic Area Sales Manager for the South East, supporting merchants and installers across one of the country’s most active regions for domestic water treatment.
Before Rhys joined Aquabion in 2023, Rhys worked with Williams Trade Supplies, one of the UK’s leading independent merchants. That experience gave him a deep understanding of how merchants operate and what installers really need from a product — insight he now uses daily to help partners grow their Aquabion sales and customer confidence.
Rhys has quickly become a key member of the domestic team, known for his approachable style, strong communication, and hands-on attitude. Poppy Hewitt is Aquabion UK’s Area Sales Manager for East Anglia, bringing a wealth of experience and well-established merchant relationships from her eight years with Grundfos, one of the most respected names in the heating and plumbing industry.
Widely recognised and trusted across her area, Poppy has built a strong reputation for her confident, approachable style and her ability to make things happen. She combines a practical understanding of how merchants and installers work — ensuring Aquabion’s self-cleaning water conditioners are positioned as the go-to solution for reliable, maintenance-free limescale control.

Gary Haseltine joined Aquabion UK in 2023 and was promoted to Commercial Sales Director in 2025, following outstanding results in developing relationships with major contractors, consultants, and merchants across the commercial sector.
With over two decades of experience in the plumbing, heating, and building materials industry, Gary has worked with some of the best-known brands in the trade — including Saint-Gobain, Danfoss, ATAG Commercial, and UK Plumbing Supplies. This background has given him a deep understanding of both merchant operations and the demands of large-scale specification projects.
At Aquabion, Gary leads our national commercial sales team, overseeing projects across the UK and supporting consultants, mechanical engineers, and installers with technical expertise and practical solutions. Joe Bell is Aquabion UK’s Commercial Regional Sales Manager, bringing extensive experience in water treatment and filtration to the team. Gary Cashin is Aquabion UK’s National Specification Manager, supporting commercial and specification projects across the Midlands and North of England, while also delivering CPD training for consultants, engineers, and contractors throughout the UK.
With a strong technical background gained during his years with Mitchells Heating and later Baxi Heating, Gary combines real hands-on installation knowledge with in-depth commercial and specification experience. Chris Perks joined Aquabion UK in November 2025, bringing a wealth of hands-on technical experience from his eight years with Mitchells Heating in Gloucester.
