What are the technical details of the units?

Oversizing will result in reduced performance. 

S15 is 120mm long and weighs 0.436kg. Is for 1-2 showers at a time.
S20 is 180mm long and weighs 1.6kg. Is for 2-4 showers at a time. Do not fit a S20 on a 15mm mains. Fitting an S20 where an S15 should be used will reduce the performance.

I have a customer who has a large office with approx 50 people in it, they have a Burco electric water heater that provides there tea & coffee boiling water. Is your product suitable to be installed on the feed to this appliance? If so which size would you recommend and what sort of life span would it have.
We can help but not solve this type of lime scaling. This is because as the treated water moves above 80 ºC some of the good we do is undone. We estimate we are around 50% effective with these type of devices. This means that if the heat scales up every year without Aquabion with Aquabion it will scale up every other year.
We would recommend the D10 or S15 installed 5m away from the water heaters. It would be useful to have a kitchen sink also treated by the Aquabion to ensure the unit is not always in low flow.
